As part of an instructional film being created by Steve Tattum, our class will be filmed after Thanksgiving Break; the permission slip below was handed to the students on Friday to be signed.Release and Authorization

I authorize Denver Academy Inc. to use photographs or any other visual images of me in any materials prepared by it for promotional, marketing, or other school related business. I agree to waive and release Denver Academy Inc. from all claims by me for compensation for the use of my visual image in any promotional, marketing or other school related materials.
